An 'anti-romantic comedy’ about a marriage constrained by oppressive gender roles imposed by a capitalist society.
'Coon’s strength within the script, comes with her clever take on the superman idea, which becomes less like the hero and more of the everyday man struggling with depression and the pressure of society for him to bottle it up.'
London Pub Theatres
'A thoughtful and credible production.'
London Theatre 1
'Suzette Coon attempts to create credible characters, all too human and easy to empathise with, and in this she succeeds with flying colours.'
Everything Theatre
'Credit to Coon, for her innovative writing is punchy and emphatic'
